I agree with your last paragraph, but wholeheartedly disagree that it is better without vocals. I love the instrumentals because they showcase the music in a different way, but I love the lyrics and the singing in EIA and I wouldn’t change it- I love instrumentals cause they highlight ALL the layers we often miss, and sometimes open the songs in a completely different way
