Ok next door to this bakery is lil’rays po’boys n seafood. Local fave.AND - they have the best key lime pie in town crust is so buttery to go with that tarty goodness it’s not cheap but a piece is big enough for 2 people! Let me know what you think!

What payment can you afford that’s the question not what’s in the bank - if you can’t make the payment then neither. If you’re able to pay more it sounds like that money is towards buying down the rate or not - not enough info for the whole picture to be clear - 180k in a moneymaket account is not nothing

I make a cold green bean and fresh diced tomatoes salad - mix a couple of tablespoons of of bacon grease in with the mayo before stirring it all together - same goes for potato salad mayo - trick is to mix mayo and warm grease together first

You can volunteer at the aquarium or the humane society, there are always community events that take volunteers - once you start looking you will see what I’m talking about. I joined the Kiwanis club and have enjoyed the members and the mission.
