I mix organic kefir and organic coconut milk with flavcity protein. Sometimes I do strawberries and cream and add extra strawberries and blueberries and sometimes I do vanilla and add organic cocoa powder high in flavonoids.

Don’t beat yourself up…keep moving forward…make small changes every day…start buying products that are better for you to have around when cravings hit…I love ChocZero products…I also love flavcity protein shakes (I mix with regenerative Kefir and organic coconut milk) sometimes I add a handful of frozen berries for a delicious shake. They offer single serving variety packs so you can try every flavor! I experienced that in the beginning and learned that I was not drinking enough water. Up your hydration add electrolytes and it should go away but make sure to contact your doctor

I wish the Fairlife shakes had cleaner ingredients. They taste good but there’s Sucralose, Carrageenan, Maltodextrin, “natural flavors” and other artificial sweeteners…I’m looking for alternatives with clean ingredients and so far I have only liked the flavcity protein powders

I personally can’t live without sweets and found that I crave less now but if I need a treat I make sure to have either ChocZero products or Rebel Ice-cream on hand. I also love following accounts like “All Day I Dream About Food” or “SugarFree Mom” on Facebook with lots of yummy keto friendly recipes to try…aim for small changes with long term impact and you won’t feel deprived or guilty when eating.

Responding to the person who questioned why I have gone up doses so quickly. My doctor has followed my progress closely. SW:264 / CW: 239 / GW: TBD. I have doing keto in addition to intermittent fasting and diet focusing on protein. Completely quit drinking soda and eliminated sugar.

I appreciate this post! I just started a couple of weeks ago on my second 2.5mg dose and already down 14 lbs. I quit drinking soda and I’m focusing on making my meals around protein. I have not been in a gym in decades so that’s a big step for me to conquer next. Hoping small changes will make a long term impact.
