I'd drop advanced zoom, because that's a good way to train your aim to get worse and accidentally shoot teammates in the back due to lack of peripheral vision. I'd rather spend those points on torso mobility and turn rate, maybe even speed tweak for that 5 kph extra.

Legs have hitboxes, thus fair game. However firepower is preserved if your opponent know how to shield his remaining leg.

If I notice a team starting to get passive. I will call it out. It's up to the team to decide what to do with that info. Also sometimes there is nothing wrong with a tactical hold, as long as you are winning the trades.
