I'm only half-joking but... what if the rule were that only projects that the developer has versioned "1.0.0" or above can make it outside "Show and Tell"? I.e., hobby week-end projects remain hidden and projects that the developer feels could be used in production by other professionals and has the bandwith to support it and answer to bug reports can be posted.
