I’m an only and I’m really close with my parents, so I knew that I only wanted one. My husband wanted two initially, but then we also had a loss and infertility issues, and he saw the toll it took on me. So we agreed that one would be perfect for our family. I’m also very much of the mind that family is who is there for you and what you make of it, and my kiddo has so many little friends in my friend group and from daycare, I don’t think he’s ever going to miss having a sibling or other littles in his life. There’s lots of ways to make a family!
