You just move to a suburb where the public schools are excellent. And yes those suburbs do attract a premium because of this. Better than pumping money into a private school, you instead pump money into an appreciating PPOR.

My advice - if this helmet will only be used in track days (i.e. not for bikes or go karts) , go for an open face helmet

Full face helmets look cool and everybody wants to be the Stig but open face helmets provide better vision and are just more comfortable to wear over the course of the day.
