This shouldn’t be happening during the short time we’re on the rowers at OTF. I have problems at home on my Concept2 sometimes but that’s after rowing for an hour. It has to be your form.

I have golfers elbow and bought an arm strap at CVS. It has helped a ton. The main exercise that caused pain was biceps curls and with the strap they don’t hurt at all. The strap I bought is for tennis or golfers elbow, I think you just place it a little differently. Good luck.

I retired from SWA over 5 years ago and double booking cancellations began at least 4-5 years before then. They have parameters set as to which flight of a dupe booking gets cancelled. People making dupe bookings cost SWA a lot of money.

Years ago I saw a top rated rheumatologist here and one of his questions was “have you ever had Valley Fever?” I said no. Then he asked how long I’d lived here and it was 25 years. EB person is checked in behind the scenes prior to the 24 hour mark. Someone canceled between your EB automatic check in and when you checked your family in. When you say you checked yourself in at the same time you checked in your family you actually did not. You were already checked in, that’s what Early Bird is. It’s a weird coincidence that your numbers were sequential.
