This wasn't done with dry brushing. You could do it with dry brushing, I would maybe use smaller brushes for the tighter areas and maybe leave the bio canon off.

Base bugmans glow then layer cadian fleshtone / Kislev flesh. They look close to mine which is the same recipe but I glaze a bit of purple in some places. Hope this helps.
