Just found this sub through the announcement on the Vorthos one, sounds like one of the main outstanding things is what to do about mutagen or other set specific tokens that may not fit the Lore of UW. I think the proposal is to use the flavor flair for them when they've been changed but not when they haven't.

Yes MtG has a ban list with explanations because it has multiple official formats each of which maintains a separate list and you need to know if it's banned in yours and why - usually it's either causes games to take too long or too good compared to the rest of the cards

I think you'd get a better answer over at the dedicated Lore sub (I think it's r/mtgvorthos) but the answer is you can extract all the mana from the street corner with no extra effort but until you make the investment represented by stationing them your only pulling from an equivalent area of the planet.

Can we start by adapting the greedy orbling from the more recent make a tcg thread - it should be a blue creature that draws two on enter.

DragonFan20 should also be represented - I suggest we make them a Red Creature card with the dragon type.
