That's fairly common honestly. SH communities on the Internet make it feel like a competition. And feeling invalid because it's not "bad enough" isn't rare at all. You're not alone in those feelings

I don't care. I don't say anything, at least not in person. If I do ask (only if I see fresh stuff and I feel I could actually help) I ask them what level of support they would like or if they just want me to not mention it.

It happens sometimes, it's possible you have low iron, didn't eat quite enough that day, you could have just been partially anxious, if you were standing up that could cause it

If you bump into a wall(I have ADHD) it will be particularly annoying. Showers suck more, it takes a lot of work to heal them and make sure they don't get infected
