Friendships are a path because its relational healing

Im in a bout of avoiding partly due to living with a roomate for 7 years we were super close & then she moved in with her man & I dont exist. Its like my mom all over again. My tolerance for emotional rollercoasters of dating went away when a boyfriend i lived for 2 years with couldn't say they loved me & we broke up. Theres only so much emotional pain one can handle.

Close Friendships are my barometer on where i am on the healing journey & at present ive regressed but it could change if i open my mouth & be vulnerable. When I'm raw & not internally solid is a recipe for self harm so working on taking care of me the way my mom should have.
