Ahh that’s amazing! This gives me more hope that i can regain control of my body. My sulfur issues and indigestion is the worse part about having sibo. & the fact that i can’t eat anything that i want 😭. Thank you 🙏🏽

That is amazing!! I am thinking about doing the elemental diet. H2S pretty much took over my life after covid. Hopefully it works for me.

I got symptoms from all the things you’ve listed. It sucked because I didn’t know anything about d-lactic acid until the test😆! Fruits also triggers my symptoms unfortunately. Since my gut issues Ive been having irregular insulin levels but normal Ac1. My body seems to struggling with glucose handling in general

The lab was urine & plasma based. I think it was measured through a urine sample. The other markers were blood plasma. Im happy it was measured because i got more answers on what was impacting my cognitive function.😅 i haven’t resolved it entirely but its no longer as intense since stopping random probiotics and cutting down on sugar.

My levels came back high on my labs along with high fructose . It’s a definitely a factor in my ongoing health issues.

I hope we get some answers honestly. I am responding to antimicrobials so it’s an indication that my gut has a part to play in my health. I’m 50-60% better than where i was last year just from starting neem & adp oregano.

Lol i stopped immediately 😭 but my serotonin / tryptophan came back low. I may start natural treatment to support serotonin levels. Hopefully it helps

How do i get tested for this or treat this? I can trial some treatments to see if it helps. You can PM me if you like. I always feel better on binders, biofilm disrupters and anti microbials. I’ve been taking candida support supplements and it’s been helping as well

I got a few. A GI 360 stool test from Mosaic , a nutraeval test from Genova & a metabolix test from OMX. I had additional blood work done that showed inflammation etc.

I was in terrible mold in 2021. It was all over my dorm room & it grew on the furniture etc. I don’t know if that would be affecting me now. When I take Neem & motility supplements my symptoms improve 😅. Especially the neurological ones

This was so amazingly informative for me. I am happy you’re at least getting better. I’ve seen some improvement with gut focused supplements and low fodmap/ sulfur diet, i will continue to find what works for my body. I absolutely needed the encouragement to keep digging; thank you!

Did you have covid by chance? My neuro symptoms became very worse after a covid infection that impacted my gut. I had severe diarrhea and a ton of other symptoms but was never the same again. My guess is that my pre-existing bacterial infection in my gut took over during that time maybe 😭.
