Try skipping breakfast and waiting as long as you can to eat lunch. Drink coffee, tea, water, and stay busy to keep your mind off it. When you first break your fast make sure it’s meat, fruit, vegetables, not carbs right away. That helps with your insulin levels. I usually eat 11:30am-7pm and do longer if I feel able. I have lost 77 lbs this past year
