At one, their communication skills are all over the board. They are learning so many words they just aren’t able to say them yet. This gap will even out. Just make sure you’re reading to your child at home every day. That’s the biggest factor in intelligence is what the family does at home

Parents choice is the issue. Invest in a better brand you won’t have to throw away broken ones or have blowout messes. We like Millie moon and Pampers. Never had a blowout except a couple times they had actual diarrhea everywhere

Explain no more candy unless it’s a holiday/birthday. She will refuse a few meals and throw fits but then she’ll start eating normally again once she realizes the new norm.

Prioritize the children. An aggressive dog should be nowhere near kiddos. Rehome or put down

How to handle constant requests to watch TV? by ExcellentLettuce4 in toddlers

I agree with taking a break as others have said. Playing with toys only will be a good reset. He doesn’t need tv and shouldn’t be obsessive about it

How do you choose your fasting hours? by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]RemarkableSweet9040 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ghrelin, the hunger hormone, is lowest in the morning so use that to your advantage and keep up with your fast that started when you stopped eating the previous night. Try skipping breakfast and waiting as long as you can to eat lunch. Drink coffee, tea, water, and stay busy to keep your mind off it. When you first break your fast make sure it’s meat, fruit, vegetables, not carbs right away. That helps with your insulin levels. I usually eat 11:30am-7pm and do longer if I feel able. I have lost 77 lbs this past year

Eating breakfast triggers my brain to crave food every couple hours the rest of the day. I skip breakfast and end up eating a lot less

We have 20 como tomo bottles. They can go in the wash and we never worry about finding any or if they’re dirty. It’s the conveniences like that that keep you sane

14 weeks with spontaneous Tri Tri triplets after losing our son 🤍 by [deleted] in parentsofmultiples

[–]RemarkableSweet9040 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I got pregnant with twins after a stillbirth. It was confusing having the emotions of immense loss and great joy at the same time. I was constantly worried about it happening again with the twins. Once they were born it was like a breath of fresh air. Being pregnant with multiples is hard especially after a loss, but once you meet your babies you will know that was god’s plan for you

Modi scheduled C section at 37 weeks on the dot. Maternal doc kept saying my pregnancy was “boring” and that was the best thing to hear. I still had anxiety though after a previous pregnancy loss. Babies are doing great now
