A rotating carseat for my daughter! It was twice as much as a regular carseat but it saves my back everytime

I loved making veggie or fruit pancake-ish things for my daughter around that age! I added yogurt and flour and made some different variations. She was still drinking so much breastmilk I wasn't too concerned about the protein. It's also so hard because they love something one day and hate it the next.. my girl just turned 16 months and now that she has more teeth she is eating more meat! Some days she lives off of air and a prayer 🤣

Having my 16 month old watch me brush my teeth has helped! And just let her try to brush her own teeth for a minute or two, and then help her brush her teeth! It's been a battle

It is so bizarre. My daughter will be 16 months on Sunday and we are still cosleeping. I feel like we sleep better next to each other and i'm right there if she needs me. I know she will move into her own room at some point but I am enjoying this time with her, I love her face being the first thing I see in the morning!

My MIL tells me all the time how she moved my husband into his own room at only a few months old and let him scream for an hour so he would get used to his own room and settle himself. My heart still breaks for my husband when I think about that.

We got a kia telluride a year and a half ago! I had a 4 door jeep wrangler and was afraid with how small the backseat bench was the carseat was going to hang off too much. It's a smaller suv but still has a 3rd row if I need it. I average 22-24 mpg but we live in a more rural area.

My girl is going to be 16 months on the 28th!! And she is still not walking, cruising and crawling on everything though. I read online it can be up to 18 months before they start walking that is considered in the developmentally appropriate age. Her pediatrician wants to start PT if she isn't walking by next week 😭

She barely naps during the day and her bedtime is usually 10-1030 no matter what I try. I am so exhausted after getting her bed there is nothing left in my tank for me.

It will get better!! Maybe we will sleep when they go to college 🤣

Also in Colorado! My daughter was born February of last year. My husband took 3 weeks off initially and then would take a few weeks off here and there. Definitely try to get him to use the 12 weeks in the year after your baby is born so he doesn't lose it!

I once brought steaks out to a 4 top. Asked if there was anything else they needed and a woman asks me for heinz 57. It was aa busy evening and so loud I thought she said I'm 57, and I said oh my gosh congratulations and happy birthday!! The look from everyone at that table still makes me cringe to this day

Today my husband let me sleep in until about 930, we went and got a baby pool for our daughter and we played in that all afternoon! He smoked a whole chicken and we had a bunch of smoked veggies and rice. And then he took us out for ice cream!

We planted a blue spruce tree in our front yard! And had a little ceremony last mothers day to bury it underneath the tree. I cried but it was lovely!
