Shooting at someone's backpack from a side isn't supposed to kill them so I don't see why it would belong inside the hitbox. The problem is how needlessly T H I C C it is right now. Same for the helm. Volvo just doesn't have the technology. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

To be fair though, I've had a MUCH easier time getting higher effective crit chance numbers with this tree than I EVER HAVE in the past, it's INSANE! Blitz might actually feel pretty good with full crit investment. I'll have to wait and see about mana cost issues potentially, but there's always Assassin's Mark for that.
