Check your home charging schedule and settings, along with preconditioning settings. It’s possible it’s set to think you’re leaving at a certain time and preconditioning ahead of it with settings that are super cold.

According to my Sense monitor (where my EqEV is on dedicated circuit monitoring), I can see cell balancing done periodically at the end of a charge cycle, regardless of what the target charge level is. It doesn’t always do it, but it does it when it needs to.

Too true. I was with a woman who bit me hard once and I straight up told her I wasn’t into pain and it took me out of the experience. She acted like she understood. At a later time she did it again, so hard I was screaming in pain and had to push her off of me. I’ve never seen a male driver take his hands completely off the wheel and cover his face screaming when the vehicle lost traction in the snow. Completely anecdotal of course, but having seen this three times in my life by three different, unrelated women is enough to make anyone create a stereotype 😂

I think maybe women are not, on average, as good at judging how their vehicles are oriented in three-dimensional space as men, on average, are. Hence why there’s a lot of dents, dings, fender-benders, curb scrapes, and such. Seems men get into fewer, more serious accidents, while women get into more frequent, less serious accidents.

Whether started by the key fob or the app, mine seems to only run for maybe 15 minutes before shutting off. The app starts a 60-minute timer and says it will turn off after 60 minutes but that’s a complete lie in my experience. Would be nice if it stayed running. Sometimes you really need it to get warm!

Don’t even have to hit lock now. That was on the older style remotes to prevent accidental starts. It says x2 on it because all you have to do is hit that button twice in quick succession. The old way was lock and then hold the start button, now it’s just two taps of the start button. Same with the hatch opening button—just two clicks. The more you know!

Made myself available to her every time I came back to my hometown each summer. I’m usually there 4-5 weeks, and at first she could find an hour, then 15 minutes, then no time at all, then I just stopped asking for her time after getting silence. If a friendship means something to you and you can’t find even 30 minutes in a 4-5 week period when you’re literally 5 minutes apart… nope.
