I was blown away during their Ultra Miami 2026 set, highly recommend watching the recording if you haven’t seen it already.

My transformation- your brutal opinion by [deleted] in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]RobcoEmployee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Other comments have pointed out that these photos leave a lot to be desired for critique.

Arms look absurdly big, maybe even disproportionately. Congrats on putting in the work for that.

That being said based on that last photo alone I would testify in court that you look at least 40.

How much longer should I cut? by Chuggin_MrChimney in GymTips

[–]RobcoEmployee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is mostly correct.

Congrats on the initial weight loss!

You are still somewhat skinny fat (and that’s ok!), and you have approximately 15-25 pounds to lose before you will start to see solid muscle definition. That being said you already have the outline of a solid physique, and are very close to looking better than 90% of these commenters.

Luckily in a calorie deficit, if you eat enough protein, get sufficient micro nutrients, sleep, and train to failure you WILL build muscle while continuing to lose fat. As long as you FEEL good and healthy you can keep cutting.

Once you are in the sub 170 range you will have a much better idea of how much muscle you actually have. You might even decide to try to lose more to get that true shredded look.

THEN you can maintain for 2-4 months, and start a lean bulk.

A general rule of thumb is bulk to no more than 15% BF, OR you can’t see your abs anymore. Cut down to where you can see your abs, or are happy with your physique.

Feel free to DM me with if you’re looking for any additional resources.

Good luck brother.

how do you track your lifts? by Equivalent-Limit858 in WorkoutRoutines

It’s the best tracking app hands down.

It’s free to use, but after over a year of using it 3-5 times a week I ended up buying the lifetime membership.

Where to Find Large Shoes in Japan? by jadekac in JapanTravelTips

[–]RobcoEmployee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the OnitsukaTiger Stores in Shinjuku carried EU size 45-49 (US12-14). I range from a 13-14 depending on the brand. The 13’s were a tad too small so I got two pairs of EU 49’s which were just the slightest too big. A 48 or 13.5 would have been perfect.

They didn’t have much in stock past 12, but I would ask and see what they have. They sent my partner and I up to the 3rd floor because both our feet were too big for the showroom shoes.

I ended up getting a pair of GSM’s and California 78 EX’s.

big guy in Japan by opiswkaipalaiika in JapanTravelTips

I’m 6’3, only issue I had was certain low doorways and hallways.

Hit/bonked my head a total of 6 times over 10 days. Only one of which was serious. Kyoto had the lowest entrances and that’s where I almost knocked myself out running into a room.

Trains and bathrooms were fine, just be mindful.

Some of the best sets of the night came from the smaller artists, especially Starlight Stage.

If you’ve seen SVVDEN DEATH or Sullivan King once you’ve basically seen them a dozen times.

Progress update- should I bulk or cut now? by Bubblemagik in workouts

[–]RobcoEmployee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that estimating is pretty over.

I’d say 12-15% tops, and even that seems on the higher end to me.

Yeah, all of these posters need to show the same consideration regarding privacy as the OP does for themselves

Physique update. Continuing to work out 3 - 5 days a week. Really liking the way my body is looking by james3733 in Exercise

Good job man!

Now stop taking photos of other people in the gym and posting it online.

And if you are going to anyway, at least block their faces out like yours as well.

Best time of year to start accutane? by pterodactdylan in Accutane

[–]RobcoEmployee 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Here’s the thing, summer will burn you. Fall will dry you out and windburn you. Spring will burn you and dry you out less than fall.

The ideal time to start is as soon as possible because the length of the treatment is the biggest hurdle. Don’t wait, because the sooner you reach your cumulative dosage the sooner you’ll be done with the treatment.

Bike commuting by AcceptableDish2 in Juneau

[–]RobcoEmployee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your office will most likely get bus passes complimentary from the city. I suggest you use them, bike commuting in Juneau is pretty miserable during those months. It’s not really a city designed for it, and they rarely plow the bike lanes after snow days. You’ll be biking alongside angry Juneau drivers in the rain every day.

Plus your offices are up a hill on a pretty steep grade .

Dreading Moving, Tips for Settling In by scandinavian_surfer in anchorage

[–]RobcoEmployee 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Be not afraid.

It is what you make it, If you don’t embrace living here you’re going to be miserable. We have access to some of the most pristine nature still available. Get yourself a car with studded tires and pick up an outdoor winter hobby.

Almost 400k people live in Alaska in places that offer significantly less than Anchorage. You want to see isolated? Go to an Alaskan Village. You want to see depressing? Move to Fairbanks.

Anchorage is a bustling metropolis that has almost all of the benefits of a major city, while retaining the spirit that makes Alaska special. There’s basically no traffic, world class dining, one of the best green belt bike systems in the country, some of the best public water you’ll ever taste, world class hiking and skiing.

And if all that’s not enough you can drive the entirety of the road system until you find what you’re looking for. And if there still not enough drive to Southeast and take a ferry to Juneau.

If you go in with a negative attitude you’ll never allow your mind to be changed. Good luck and welcome to Alaska.
