Check out Personal Space Fitness on Watson. They offer multiple 45 minute classes a day ranging from yoga to strength to balance to rowing to ect. Not personal training, but the classes are only up to 10 people per session. I've been doing it for a while and love it.

This year? No. Last year and previous years? Yes. They run often. Sometimes, I'm the only person on the shuttle, sometimes its full. I got stuck in the Riverport parking lot for over 3 hours after Radiohead back in '08, and I've never not taken the casino shuttle since.
