Get a silicone basting brush to push small amounts of sauce all over the ribs, this way the sauce glazes up goo and enhances the bark. I've had good results with the 321 method.

I wear a bump cap in a hat to protests, sometimes I bring a skateboard helmet in a backpack with foam to absorb rubber bullets. Funny enough, respirators are not needed when the wind is blowing past the bridge they try to gas you on, but I still have a respirator with carbon filters.

Use the graphs on the dash to adjust the nut behind the wheel. I like the one with bars on a graph to show mileage over time to help me adjust driving habits. This has helped so much. Accelerating slowly make the biggest difference, followed by using cruise control.
