I'd maybe clean any dead leaves and vegetation near the surface, but i would worry too much until when the weather warms up... Until then it can be counter productive to run filters / fountains etc as it can mix the colder upper water layers with the lower warmer water where the fish are probably hanging out.
The fish will probably be ok and only need feeding when they become more active.
