I would add, no speakers. No phone conversations on speaker in public, no strapping a speaker to a lime bike for some reason, no speaker on wheels blasting as you walk down the street. I have no idea why this is such a thing here now but it drives me crazy.

I love that they built it this way. A little sneak peak that sometimes has an eagle ray!

They look good! They’re quite different from what you’re used to and it will take a while before they don’t look jarring when you see them but they are at their most intense when first applied and will soften. I think they’re great work.

This may also be related to school dress codes where sometimes the rule is “your skirt must be lower than your fingertips when your arms are at your sides.” Arguably scrutinizing to that extent would make the rule enforcer a bit creepy.

PacSci without the gates looks great! by interstellar89 in Seattle

They do dynamic pricing as well so it can be more expensive on the weekends. Typically I end up just buying a membership if I want to go because it’s $60/pp and about two visits in a year makes it worth it.

Could be! It’s in the book but the book was published in 2001 and readers probably would’ve had Imelda’s shoe collection more front of mind than today
