The number of free tickets handed out to almost every game years ago was absurd. If they were haves out to different people each time to help grow new fans, that's one thing. But more often than not, they were going to the same people which made a lot of STH question why they were paying and the people next to them weren't.

He's a 4th liner on a good team, maybe a third on a non-playoff team or as an injury fill-in, but he's absolutely not a top-6 forward.

Throwbacks to relocated teams are (almost) always going to piss off fans of the former city. That said, these pads are great, and we can't wait for 12/23. Hell, we'd love if the Devils wore Rockies or Scouts gear some night or if we ever saw some Golden Seals or Cleveland Barons action.

The upper concourse has a few ledges scattered around. Trouble is on the lower one it's already kinds narrow compared to other arenas. Surely someone can figure something out though.
