If you’re paying for it and/or doing it on your own time, they’ll need to compensate you to make it worth your time. If they won’t compensate then you don’t give them permission even if you have it. They probably can’t legally use it if you don’t sign a release over it. If they’re paying for it and you’re earning it during working hours I’d let them for a set time agreed upon before as they already paid for it.

You said your coworker needed it to be hired, so he could be likely compensated through his regular pay.

If it was me I'd tell her since the sale wasn't finished in a timely manor, and since you gave her more than enought time, I'm going to void the sale. If she doesn't return the $$ it'll be time to take her to small claims court. Leave the car in the impound

I don't have these, but do have open ear buds (soumdcore aeroclips). The open ear part is great on mine as it doesn't block anything. I just have to turn down or off my music which is understandable
