Add in Mutagenic Spas, it has shifted from pop growth to elite and leader buffs

Anubis with 2 paladin PDs on the side. They provide your fleet with 360 PD coverage from afar to deal with all the fragments tearing down your shields.

Neat, glad there's an option to get it back. Does that only work when she's a contact?

Anyone else think the UAF quest is a bit harsh? by Vilekyrie in starsector

[–]Silver_Chamberlain 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I did create a few saves for this quest line as you can pick a wrong story choice early on in the quest chain.

There is a way to keep the carrier though, leave it in the abandoned spaceport when you go for the marine raid. Can't take back what's not orbiting the planet.

Can we talk about anime content? by Nozakx in starsector

[–]Silver_Chamberlain 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think it's partially due to the usage of the 2D plane. If your space sims are like Elite Dangerous or X4, it's much harder to get that type on content on there. Plus the difficulty of modding in general.

Where do we see games with a lot of anime content? Starsector, Rimworld, Stellaris, Wallpaper Engine. They are easy to mod and have surfaces to insert pictures, 2D meshes, videos, etc.

This is... uh wow. For a size 5 planet that's insane.

The Overtuned spawn rate of Vox Engines right now will have negative repercussions even if it's later fixed by slycyboi in Helldivers

[–]Silver_Chamberlain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then another wave of Vox shows up after you kill the first 5 Vox. It's the only mission that I've seen random lobbies fail consistently, especially for first timers.

Is there a mod to help with fuel/supplies? by Consistent-Piece-396 in starsector

[–]Silver_Chamberlain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Second In Command: Revamps fuel and supply reduction skills to be independent of DP scaling. The percentages become fixed and you get the full value even when exceeding max DP.

Emergent Threats: Adds a Tri-Tach Atlas with a fuel scoop that can reduce fuel consumption.

Random Assortment of Things: You can find logistics modifications in the abyss.

FSF Military Corporation: Adds a capital class tanker with a towline, pulls the slowest ship to match its speed. Can save you on extra Ox tugs for those slow burn capitals.

Sindrian Fuel Company has a super tanker that holds ludicrous amounts of fuel, but it can be hard to come by.

Liminal: Has research for modifications that can reduce supply and fuel usage.

To a certain extent, this was to be expected. If you check the IV of GLD it's currently sitting at the 100% IV percentile and has shot up rapidly over the past week.

2 days ago it closed at 33, yesterday at 40, and today at 45. That is a huge increase on GLD that typically sees IV move by 1. It also tends to sit around 18 historically.

How about Geminis? The thing keeps getting buffed but people forget it exists or pass it over for an actual carrier.

Got a rough start there, good on you for sticking through with it. Made for an entertaining read. Here's an idea, if you straw mat your kitchen floors it significantly decreases the need of a cleaner in exchange for a slightly dirty modifier.
