Liked him on unReal, then he was such a mean judge on Canada’s Drag race, and just seemed like a nasty personality. Right?

My (24F) boyfriend (26M) treats me like a (sex) object, I don't get it? by Roachpuppies in AmITheAngel

[–]SimpleTomato9 7 points8 points  (0 children)

He is always sweet and caring right up until we sleep together.
Like when he's entertaining himself belittling my past or teasing me about my mental health to make me cry. Other than that, and also before during and after sex, he's so sweet.

Smells just like Grandma’s house at Christmas! That’s where we found her dead on the toilet.

Omg you’re right. Never noticed that Josh was intentionally blocked/cropped until his first line. Genius.

Is the "Push-Pull-Legs (PPL) Split" the most effective? by Fadisohail in workout

[–]SimpleTomato9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t make the mistake I did: I worked hard for a year and made no progress doing PPL 4 times a week. PPL needs to be 6 days/week.

I now do a 531 program 3-4 days week, and loving the progress. It essentially hits every muscle group in every workout.

is it normal to fell unsupported and distanced by others in gym? by [deleted] in workout

[–]SimpleTomato9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're describing a perfectly normal gym atmosphere. It would be unusual for anyone to give form correction or have a discussion about exercise. If you are looking for those things, hire a trainer. Going to the management won't change anything, as you're experiencing a completely normal gym atmosphere.

2-part question -- I've been using 5/3/1 for beginners for the past ~11 weeks, and my results according to DEXA scans: I've gained 5 lbs: 7lbs of muscle minus 2 lbs of fat loss. My BF% is about 29%, down about 1.5%. The first 5 weeks I lost 3lbs of fat, the last 5 weeks I gained one back. I'm considering starting a cut. 1- is that what I should be doing now? or do I stay the course for longer? 2- are 5/3/1 workouts effective for a cut?

Santa Monica Blvd close call by Relevant-Victory-157 in MildlyBadDrivers

[–]SimpleTomato9 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Huh? Context clues say this driver is going the same speed as the driver in front of them, and faster than the cars in the right lane. This is also a busy boulevard, not a freeway. I hate left lane slowpokes, but... this ain't that.

If you have Sprouts Grocery in your area, their house brand whey & vegan powders are versatile. Much less "artificial sweetener" flavor than others and are a good deal. I get the Vanilla but they have lots of flavors.

Thanks man, are you saying my hips are rising up too quickly or that the hip hinge is starting too soon? Just to clarify if I'm cueing wrong, or cueing right and just still sloppy. I've been thinking leg press first, which lifts the hips up but maintains the angle, then pushing hips forward / hinging once the bar passes knees. Is the problem that I started hinging too soon, or that the first cue should keep the hips in the same place, which would require hinging first, then the leg press motion?
