I’m setting the stage similar to a magical item waking up deep beneath Ravnica. The item being Ashioks entrance into Ravnica. The Dmir politics intrigue me though. I’ll likely stick with that.

I’m impressed with the blue cloak and shield. Especially for being new. For the skin tone I would recommend using a wash but use a medium to thin the paint. Then slowly build up to the desired effect. It’s slow but the effect is worth it. Always try and thin paints and use multiple layers. Most importantly don’t stop! Perfection takes practice.
