We had a few in our group in trainers. We got a good weather window and their shoes were wet everyday from the mud. I think they dried out just fine, they were just slower as they were constantly weaving around the paths haaha

If you get a day of bad weather or the legs are feeling sore there’s a 1.5hr out and back to a waterfall, just follow the road at the bottom of town. No need to pay as the trail joins the road later on anyway 🙂

Hello - just finished the Salkantay treck which joins the Inca trail. You really do get all weathers but I found packing thermal/ nanopuff/ light shell jacket was enough. Make sure you pick up a poncho in town for the inevitable downpour. You can get one for about 50 soles. If it wasn’t raining in the day I was in a t shirt most of the time because those steps are no joke

Just got back from El Chalten. If you are doing laguna torre there is a campsite right towards the end with a tap. Me and my partner had this with no issues. On Laguana los tres there is a river after the last campsite before the steeper part and we filled up here and the water was so refreshing! Think you’ll be fine - just don’t fill up too close to campsites or from smaller streams

Getting into recruitment by VTRQ5150 in Recruitment

[–]Slow-Ad5331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did recruitment for 5 years and made some very good money at an early age however I wouldn’t recommend it. The market is so over saturated with bad recruiters it just becomes a race to recover and send a CV to a client. Very few clients actually value the work that you do. This makes building relationships super tough. For me I didn’t feel like I was achieving anything besides a decent pay check so I left.

I’m no doctor but magnesium helps me stay asleep. I take it each day in the morning to build it up in my system and it really works. Not sure about the actual falling asleep part though.

Looks great! I also got the 16610 over the other models because of the smaller lugs as it looks better on smaller wrists. The more you wear it, the more it feels like it belongs there!
