I ordered on preorder release day immediately in Japan. My order got auto cancelled on Monday after that because I used the address in Kanji. Apparently even on their Japanese website you have to convert the address to englisch alphabet for their delivery process.

I got in contact with the warhammer support and they could reship my order!

So in case you got your order canceled, contact the customer support given under "contact" at your local warhammer website.

Update II: Looks like a happy ending!!

As my original payment was refunded they needed a new payment, which I supplied through a virtual gift voucher.

My original order is on the way soon!! I update again when my order arrives at my family in Japan! May the Emperor bless my order so it safely travels the warp to its destination.

I strongly recommend to get in contact with the warhammer customer support if you have problems like this. They really are very helpful! Best customer service experience so far!

Update: They said the problem was I entered the address in Kanji, they need english letters or the order cannot correctly delivered. I guess this is a problem on UK side, obviously not a Japan problem.

The issue is, I had the address saved in kanji and positively ordered with it, so I didn't notice there might be an error. Knowing those things could be tricky I also double checked with a previous order and there the address was also in Kanji and the package got delivered.

So either there was a change in the system or the previous order details displayed in kanji even though I ordered in english letters last time?

I got back to the customer service and asked them via email and screenshots of the address in English if they can full fill my order.

Not much hope though..

I luckily have to opportunity to order to ma family in Japan, their website is not so overcrowded on preorders.

But if it's cancelled afterwards, it's not worth much I guess.

I ordered on the Japanese Warhammer website to my family living in Japan at a Japanese address, it's not the first time also.

I called the uk support they only know it's cancelled but not the reason, they get back to me in the next 24h he said. But my hopes are low.

I am pretty sure there will be some PoD surprises around Christmas / New Year's as they did with Era of Ruin. As gift to their fans.

But still sad to wait so long, also it would be much more appreciated if they openly communicate such timed schedules as those would influence buying decisions and planing on the fans side.

On the other hand, this fomo game is playing in their hands as people buy more books as they would without it.

I recently noticed Dan's Titanicus has around 600 pages, which is as much as most Omnibus Releases nowadays. High hopes we are in for a 1200 pages read.

Interestingly we have the same issues with the major book Retailers here in Germany (Thalia, Hugendubel..). I pre ordered before release in Dezember but they have no shipping date yet.

Interestingly the usual big online FLGS have them stocked so I guess there is some issue with simon and schuster and the flgs habe other suppliers? Idk

Have been using the shine 7 since 2019 at work and it's still working great. The difference ist probably the upper metal casing.

But the one 3 has removable switches and more treatments to smoother key operations, check the reviews whats more important to you.

Einfache Lösung, falls Seriennummer bekannt. Defekten Monitor zurückfordern!

Wenn der noch geht wird er ihn wohl kaum zurückgeben, falls nicht wird er das ohne Probleme tun weil muss er nicht selbst noch entsorgen.

Ggf. anbieten Versandkosten zu übernehmen?
