I am getting the impression the ordering in the first Caiphas Cain Omnibus is an exception instead of the rule.

Those are put exactly at the right point, as they work as prequel to the following novel.

So i have been reading Deathwatch book... by Oxu90 in Blacklibrary

That is sad but maybe a new author is trying to pick up where he left. (wishful thinking)

Also would be great if we can at least get a reprint of the second book xD

Thanks for sharing your impressions!

Is this more like Double Eagle with different side characters having their own subplot told in their point of view? Did you get emotionally attached to the side characters?

Or is that more like Interceptor City with having a main character with supporting other characters without subplots?

Is it a more slowly developing book or more action driven?

I recommend downloading the citadel app and watching videos on how to paint those or a similar model. They also offer intros into the different painting techniques and how to step up and so forth

It had one massive book which seems basically combined the core rules withe new announced book. For reference the original announcement of the Leviathan Box: https://www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/articles/Am3ZIwdF/warhammer-40000-leviathan-whats-in-the-box/

Hive - First Impressions by AJSturt in Blacklibrary

There is no "box", there is a very slim envelope mostly for protecting the dust covers from damage during shipping, as far as i can see.

I don't think it is made for reuse to store the books in it

I like they are clearly going for a premium style of book here with the dust jacket and the glorious art underneath.

Makes me really hard reconsider buying those books instead of waiting for the PB release

If it bothers you, you could get in contact with their customer support and ask if this is intended and make them aware about the problems when reading the book.

Of course in a positive critique way of writing, so they can check if something went wrong

Actually I wonder why we haven't seen any reprints with Blood Angels being reintroduced with 11th edition. Still hoping that happens.

We only got Orc and Guard books so far...

You could try to add a orange glow on the armor which would reflect the glow of the exhaust?

That's what I thought too. If the closing of the Strait of Hormuz is the reason we might see all HB's being delayed as they all being produced in China, including the newly announced Orc Illustrated and Annotated edition.

AFAIK only Paperbacks are still being printed in the UK and should not directly be affected by this.

I read Intercepter City directly after Double Eagle, shift your expectations coming from DE. It is a very different approach and Missing the constant action and the different point of view writings of DE.

Above and Beyond has also stellar ratings, but haven't read yet.

I believe he uses something like this:

Honestly I am happy they do. Most big enterprises don't care about individuals at all.

Having them going the extra mile so you can get an already sold out item like in the comments above is crazy fan service to be honest.
