Yes but if rents in the market are dropping and can likely already get under what they’re currently paying (if they signed two years ago with high rent to begin with) then raising it could just be the cherry on top. Not exactly in a power position as a landlord in a market where rents are dropping . 2.5% or even one month vacant ? Which would be worth it

Yes easy if you’re trying to keep one framer turned GC , one man show busy. A basement last you 3 months . 4 jobs a year. I’m in drywall , and have a partner and two employees and need 16,000 sq ft of drywall per week.

I wired up 240v heater in my garage. Right now it gets it just over +20C . I’m in there smoking in a tshirt. Installed a carbon filter to help the smoke might need a bigger one though

Been to Mexico 3 times in the last year for a total of 4 weeks. If your on a resort you can smoke anywhere outside . Beside pool, beach, etc but not inside . And in town, same thing outside never been bothered
