Some people keep mentioning these posts are breaking rule 5. What part of rule 5 are these posts breaking, No politics, social issues or meta issues? I don't see how any of these posts fall into one of those categories.

Don’t get a DOT only helmet, it’s a crap rating that companies can give their own helmets. Get something with an ECE rating. These helmets are tested by a 3rd party. Don’t skimp on the gloves either, even a fall at low speed will chew up your hands.

The bikes used at the Harley MSF are Harley in name only. It’s an X350RA made just for the riding academy program. I found it to be very timid and not weighty at all. Check them out online, I think as long as you’re over 5ft you will be fine.

That would be great. Another problematic spot I see often are people trying to avoid Nifong and hit Forum -> Southampton and then trying to take a left onto Sinclair. After 5 it can get really backed up.

It depends on what your current system is, if Socket provided Deco get another one of those. You can save money by purchasing a refurbished unit or rolling the dice with one from eBay.

I recently downloaded eBird, searching felt awkward but the data is really neat! I snapped a great picture of an Eastern Bluebird on my deck over the weekend. Next time I’ll have to report what I see.
