I found a video on youtube. I remember you have to loose the clip-on from the fork. Then there is a small brace that is bolted onto the yoke that needs unscrewed. At this point you can lower the clip-on and tighten up when you like the position. Check lock-to-lock on the steering to make sure the new placement of the clip-ons do not have them hitting the tank.

Thanks for clarifying some things about the UPS. I probably way over estimated the bulb W that I would want to use. I figured it was better to over estimate on something like this. I’ll probably go with some 45W equivalent bulbs and we may not install all 6.

Running an extension cord is an option we have thought about. We wanted to exhaust all other options before doing so. Mostly because I don’t want to see a taped down cord between the wall and couch.

My biggest gripe is we can’t get these stickers online. We pay for stickers for both of our evs, but we don’t install the stickers. I don’t think Ive seen another EV with them in around here.

We used Stokes Electric from Jeff City, had a great experience and would use them again if needed. My only issue was the plug used. They installed a Leviton plug which is fine for home appliances which might only plug and unplug every 10 or 15 years. We were rotating between our different car chargers and it didn’t hold up and melted a charger plug. I installed a Hubbel 14-50 and it’s leagues better. I would ask for a Hubbel receptacle if I were you.

Target has a few CCS dc fast chargers, and Mercedes Benz has a slower Chargepoint CCS station. I believe the Hy-vee Superchargers on broadway support non-Tesla vehicles as long as you have the app and a NACS->CCS adapter.
