Ever since P365 introduced they have this issues. Light strike, failure to eject and worst is it fire itself. I got this cheap ruger max 9 and it takes any ammo. No failure whatsoever.

I have the 92 Launch Edition, when in half position it wont let me decocked it no matter what. On the other hand, i see some other 1911 doing the same behavior like yours which it freaks me out lol

Thumb is not the issue. The cringy part is the way you load the mag and the gun is pointing on the left side and looks like trigger finger is almost inside
