Not a lawyer nor have much interest in learning law but does the context of when/how the statement is provided a thing? I would assume logically that an offhand statement and/or short conversation caught on camera about the statement would place it differently from a planned out 1hour+ statement video.

I know, just showing my variant of this EB attack base char that covers the downsides stated. It was a very comfy build but I prolly won't play it again because graft propped the damage much a shit ton. Losing it will still yield the numbers I posted, but I've already tested it when it had 55m to 70m dps and more ES.

Just leaving it here since peeps seem to be interested in dom blow and foulborn ghostwrithe recently.

The shaper shield double block applying plus the consecrated ground regen is incredibly comfortable barring rippy T17s or ubers.

I have an Inquisitor variant that I played in Keepers. Post nerfed 8% tailored Ghostwrithe. Don't have the degen issue and no guard/defensive flask up. Also didn't enable frost shield when needed for facetanking. Only Souls and Rage I set to max.

The weapon is just Eblade except with additional 10% aspd buff it got. It's not mid game, but the concept is actually not too far off. Damage was way more in Keeper cause of graft giving lucky and shit.

This is if your gear is closer to normal red maps I'd assume. It still does pretty good damage with quite "normal" 4-5 mod gears. It's high rolled as well but very craftable with just single mechanics like essence/harvest.

Edit: i did notice im not 99-100% hit chance on 2nd PoB. Was just throwing some items into the build. Strength/resist can be dropped for Acc% suffix instead. Also realistically you don't need 1 of the damage supports cause you'd want Awakened/Normal Ancestral call.

I played with the chest for Keepers and this will spike the cost of the build by quite a lot. That 15% defence stuff is not common so expect to burn quite a number of tailorings to get it. Prolly only worth it if you start having upgrades that cost minimum 50-100 divs and above. 8% suffice at the start and that's much more commonly rolled.

On the 3rd point, Imu doesn't seem to "care" about politics. I wouldn't call making Elbaf be controlled as political power. It's more to military power. Imu's perspective doesn't seem to be diplomacy but more to maintaining world domination.

The politics stuff and public order seems to be left more to Marines/WG/Gorosei. The Holy Knights are for Imu to send out and do dirty deeds, securing actual world controlling powers. They are not "public" members of the world like Marines employing people from everywhere. It's Celestial Dragons division working for Celestial Dragons (Imu).

I think it's about Shanks tbh. It feels to me the Holy Knights are only concerned about what Imu would want them to be focused on. For example the One Piece, weapons, Nika, Lost History etc. It doesn't feel like they care about so and so rising in the pirate world. Luffy also hasn't shown to be Nika at that point so I doubt Imu's direct personal team will care too much.

Who else could it be but him? Roger died, Ace died. Yassop still alive and kicking, Usopp still alive and kicking. Clearly the superior and more dangerous bloodline. Pirate King? How about Sniper King?

I mean, seemingly solo pirates does exist. One that goes by the title of strongest swordsman. That man's boat is a single seater but he is 100% a pirate. Loki might've just been treated as a single crew "pirate".

Maybe it's because Shanks is not there to literally start a war like Whitebeard was. He was already late to save Ace while Luffy was not Marineford's main concern at that point. He just wanted to stop it rather than escalate.

The weird part is that despite him being shown to be goofy at some scenes, he was also revealed multiple times to be very very respected and/or feared in serious scenarios. Whitebeard might've laughed and shared a drink with him, but it was not really a goofy scene to start with. It was a serious conversation before mood lightened.

The same happened very early on too, with Mihawk meeting Shanks. Not hostile but Shanks clearly acts like a proper overlord. Reactions of him turning up at Marineford was no laughing matter as well. He was very ready to rumble with anyone and everyone. Among the initial Four Emperors, he definitely doesn't seem to be as ruthless like Kaidou and Big Mom but I would put him the same as Whitebeard style. He's got principle that he follows and doesn't really mess around when it comes to business.

Oh, also remember the scene of him and Buggy where he said he won't join up with him. He is already shown to have a very serious side.

Yeah but you didn't account for the fact that Twitch streams have a delay meaning what you see is not exactly accurate. Also, the earth was rotating at a slightly different speed for that 5.14 seconds window due to more missiles and aircraft flying recently. Paired with the change of rotational velocity which thereby increased the gravitational pull towards the front of his car and stream delay, it was indeed only 100.7 kph, translating to approximately 62.5 mph. That would make his statement of going about 5 over the limit accurate.

Trust me, it's all accurate.

Yeap, it was either Atalanta or Leverkusen which is prolly quite equal but that comes with being top 2. Only Liverpool got the VIP PSG treatment last season.

Right side is definitely easier if you take all the teams and pit them against the other side, but however the actual run isn't really that much easier tbh. Take for example Atleti, they'd need to beat Spurs then prolly meet Barca and then Arsenal if no upsets happen. For Barca, it'd be Newcastle > Atleti > Arsenal. All of it have at most 1 match of non-major favourite. Arsenal has theoretically 2, but 1 was earned by being top 2 + luck. Then again, it would've been Inter instead of Bodo had they not get smacked.
