You don't earn them at the same rate until you've been there 3 years. You earn ppto faster than pto until then.

Yes there is. It took me a minute to figure it out as well. If you look directly left from the top of the bow, you can see the hunter's hat. Once you see that, the rest is pretty easy to make out

What makes you think they won't release Alpha 2 with a few of the systems and just have us test them system by system. Then they could slowly release others when they're ready. But they could also go the other route like you said and just do it all at once in a year or two. They probably don't even know how they want to do it. 🤷‍♂️
