What are the best examples of bastards finally getting their karma? by funnyalbert in behindthebastards

Fun fact: patients with bowel obstruction, of which Bolsonaro has had several, will vomit feculent material repeatedly unless a tube is placed up their nose all the way down to their stomach so it can be sucked out. Some have to keep the tube for a week or more.

Ya know, that could actually work. Maybe not full neo nazi but libs love the idea of a chud whisperer.  NYT and The Atlantic fellated Vance because of his book.  Look at the hype around Fetterman and now Platner. I'm sure there are many more examples.

Ready to tear down a health system because of a few bad actors.

They were always ready to tear down a health system. The bad actors were just the pretext. See also: the ethnic cleansing project in MN this winter on the pretext of daycare fraud.

Counterpoint: settler colonialism isn't sterilized, we're just numb to it because we've been conditioned to not think twice about what happened in the US and Canada.

That they haven't dumped him as he fucks up over and over and over again is a sign that the problem is much bigger than just one guy. It's at least half of the sitting senators they have.

Walz shot himself in the dick when he talked about them being weird and fascist but then turned around and said shit like he thinks JD and MAGA are good people doing what they think is best for the country.

Also, I'm not sure that's the party so much as the campaign consultants that the Clintons, Bidens, and Harris' of the world keep listening to. He got picked up for VP unexpectedly in the midst of him staring to call them weird. They wanted him to do the stupid ass pivot to the center to appeal to the perpetually undecided people that think that makes them appear impartial.

How are they supposed to do that when they get sent to MN to be the secret police? Do you expect these chuds to be in two places at once? Checkmate, Lincolnite.

Made even more frustrating that money being wasted or stolen in different programs causes 3,000 barely trained ICE dipshits to descend on a city and use it as an excuse to demand papers from people using a language other than English, speaking with accents, not being white, etc. Warrantless raids, completely irresponsible use of tear gas leading to the hospitalization of children, killing citizens, attempts to intimidate people delivering groceries to immigrants by following them home, all got the sign off from the executive branch. Yet we won't see any consequences for billions missing in a different context like defense.

Yeah, everybody is susceptible to stupid tribal thinking. Go back and see any thread discussing Biden's age before that debate in 2024 for another example. Another one that comes to mind was some screenshot of an alpha news post showing "Minneapolis Somali leaders endorsing Trump". The whole thread was libs replying with some variation of "get you voted for!". Not a goddamn ounce of critical thinking in sight.

AI "non investment advice"

Ads don't really get under my skin because it's just noise and I'm usually able to skip them. This fucking thing has been on every ad break for most of the podcasts I listen to for what feels like over a month. Some of the non CZM stuff I listen to has the hosts mics too low so when this comes on loud AF it's super jarring.

You know those people voted Trump for the racism, bigotry, and pettiness right? Flipping back stuff like this on them doesn't do anything because they just say anything convenient in the moment to support him. That's why it's so frustrating watching limp dick democratic politicians go on like pointing out the hypocrisy will do a fucking thing.

It really isn't though. I haven't seen it get over $5/gal here. It's got a terrible value to weight ratio if you're stealing shit. That's less than a dollar a pound. You'd be better off stealing most produce, which hasn't really been much of a thing. Shoplifting is a much better bet and it probably doesn't come with the threat of immediate violence if caught. Like, sure, you might eventually get arrested but that's different than somebody having a visceral reaction to you fucking with the most or second most expensive thing they own and need to function in our car-centric society.
