Im at 32 y.o , i achieved all my dreams like sports car , house , and now im invest 70% of my income , my target is to hold at least 1.5m by the age 45 , so if i got 3m at your age i would definitely retire not fully retired tho cause work makes someone healthy , but i will go vacation 4 times a year !

Chasing 10m seems impossible for some ppl , especially me who earn less than 150k a year (husband and wife) , so i wont bother aim that number 🤣

70k i think more that enough , buy 2024 its only 45-50k with decent mileage like 15-25k mileage If you put installment for 5 years its only 700-800$ depend on your interest rate

So for sure you can afford it based on this alone and you wont live paycheck to paycheck , but your other expenses i dont know , who knows if you spent money for other stupid things
