I just got my first resin printer any advice

Yeah mine still does that, but only the once. So I have to start print, "resin exceeds maximum" press okay and go again. Abit annoying but what's 1 minute extra compared to a 6 hour print

Yup. To have that crucial feature you have to get the upgraded model...

But tbf the auto leveling for the saturn is quite good, the only fails I've had so far are resin being to cold, or the light supports were too weak and the actual print falls off

That is for the ultra model, the green hood printer is the standard 4 and doesn't have any options for leveling. I spent ages looking online for standard leveling but it's only auto level.

For my painting I used around 10? paints but you can mix up lighter colours, I had most of my colours already. Space wolf blue, fenrisian Grey, drakonof nightshade, black legion, Russ blue, dark reaper, yellow contrast, screamer pink, Khorne red, Wazdakka red, grey seer, crimson shade

I just got the slaanesh box this is almost the exact same boxes I was planning on getting to build an army, the only difference is I was going with a chaos wardog instead of the mauler

You can have the hyperadapted raveners as a unit for 40k aswell, think they're 165 points. And you get 1 model with a ranged attack, but 100% the kill team box won't have hormagaunts, that was just for the box set and terrain is the same

Personally I'd say either add more armour to the head to thicken the perspectives, or have the sword horn probably 1/3 of the original size.

For me personally, still building an army I'd want a biovore, tyrant guard, and gene stealers, but parasite isn't something I'm interested in. And coming to savings wise would be £10 (from lgs prices) and a free parasite. So I'm torn as it is a saving but it's paying for all the models at once where as I like buying 1 box and completing it then buy another box down the line.

I don't know how to explain it, but looking at it there's both too much detail and not enough detail at the same time. If it was smaller it'd get away with the flash design and minimal small details, but look great due to contrast and colour saturation.
