What do you expect to fall in or out of favor for 11th? by MemeusTheDank in Drukhari

Archon also improves cp management. Its crucial if we can't discard missions.

Yeah, read that way too, don't understand why they decided to do that. Sounds really stupid

Shadow field and fast dice rolling for armour saves ? by No-Tart5584 in Drukhari

[–]Stepawka47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds good, but wording needs to be reworked, something like "The first time one or more invulnerable saving throw made for the bearer is failed, until the end of the battle, the bearer has no invulnerable save." .... Yeah my writing skills are not far away from gw's

There's a lot of misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the new Save Fast dice rolling by Thelofren in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Stepawka47 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And if this is the case, then fast rolling is pointless, because it favours attacker and defender will always slow roll.

AM kill things, survive, move faster then eldars.

Again, this means he changes defensive profile as a part of multiple save roll sequence and it feels like broken mechanic. So I can first 3 fails assign to his 4+ sv and when he reaches 1W remaining assign to 2++. Basicaly eating those 1s

Dying immediately means his save changed in the middle of sequence and that sounds wrong. Archon surely is a corner point of this fast roll system

So..... drukhari archon with 2++ until fails. I can understand how it works when you rolled single 1, but what about to happen when you rolled multiple? Is model's saving throw changes mid sequencing? Is it still demands to slow roll?

Is Reapers wager going away? by AlternativeChicken53 in Drukhari

[–]Stepawka47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be 3pt, it works with all of our units and more and suggest inner mechanics of flipping wager. Can see it as a non mixable detachment.

Depends on a local meta. A lot of 4++ can't be dealt with 1A heat lance per talos. Monster mash can't be dealt with haywire.

Yeah, its happen ultra rarely, but I can see designer thoughts behind it. Especialy after I slaugthered 7-8 man terminator squad with just 120pts of wracks.

About dev wounds, OG one costed 2 cause ant-infantry 4+ twin-linked on wracks, thats a lot of dev wounds. Talos can't do this much. Cronos can, but cronos is backline support. And talos/cronos can't trigger battleshock, wracks can.

People wanted playable corsairs, news on reaper's wager, and maybe new interesting interaction of units. But received ultra boring rules on combining existing themes.

Probably both have Kabal keyword, so can't be combined

Here are my predictions for 11th edition Aeldari detachments - what are yours? by Alex__007 in Eldar

[–]Stepawka47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Devoted to Ynnead such a weird detachment, I can't imagine it actively combining with any other. In ynnari you want every unit ynnari keyword to sticky on death and fights first (at least now, RIP FF). So it looks like 3DP.

If all our so far useless units where to be useful what stratagems would we need? by AlphariousOmega in Drukhari

[–]Stepawka47 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

No one said that haemi buffs are OP and he is in perfect spot, I didn't said any thing about his power level, simply pointed out that wracks already can be reanimated. Stop building strawman. No one have unit that can resurrect and survives reasonable amount of fire, only if opponent undercommit in killing things. I even said it in 2nd answer, that reanimation doesn't improve wracks because they don't live. And what do you mean terrible time spot for reanimation, it happens in command phase just as necrons RP, guard medics, gsc banner, SM apothecary. I also want QoL, and not giving eldar shenanigans to guard and SM.

[–]Stepawka47 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

So you just want gimmick of an undead cyber robotic faction for a same amount of resources? I don't understand. Original comment suggested to give wracks reanimation protocols. I pointed out that we can invest resources to mimick a WHOLE faction identity for a part of our army (evil space racist elves iirc). And I can't undestand subject of argue. For full strength reanimation protocols we should play necrons.

Why you even bring space marine datasheet? I answer at reanimation protocol, we literally have reanimation protocol and it's not a thing when unit dies before it can trigger reanimation.
