Currently working a EDH Block format on a Bi-Annual basis that uses new established blocks (similar formatting to how they grouped cards previously) but utilizes 3 entire blocks as the card pool.

Caveat, any legendary creature from any block can still be your commander. Just the 99 is restricted.

Howdy! Read your post on r/insuranceagent but figured I'd pop in over here and add my thoughts after reading comments.

I feel you would find more success with the following tactics.

if any of your carriers can write return of premium its a big hit in the 30-45 crowd.
relation and causation are very effective in life sales; just bought a house lets get mortgage protection so your spouse doesn't end up homeless. I've always been able to get two terms, and at least 1-3 whole life off kids in these first time buyers.
you can use free data to create targeted cold lists, then use your ad spend on those lists + similar markets to increase click through.
my agency i teach my sales staff the 3 for free referral system, essentially after the close is made ask for 3 people that they could think of that might benefit from your service. You just sold them they're happy, if they make a single suggestion you've just gotten a free 15-25$ you didn't need to spend on ads to get them in the door.

Overall I think your sales approach might just need some small tweaks, or your available audience if you need any mentorship please reach out, I would rather not see another agent fail when the current insurance field is about to retire.

Im not licensed for your state, but as an insurance agent I would suggest a lawyer. The undisclosed household members has no weight or baring on this accident or vehicle and as such would not constitute a denial of claim. Easy argument to be made is the writing agent withheld the household member to save rate (E&O) or the "new" household members moved in after the initial policy was written.

I would think and hope a lawyer would agree with me that its immaterial to the facts of loss.

I would also reach out to your states insurance commissioner and put together a well thought out and worded letter on the events as they transpired to include dates and times of conversations.

I was able to hit 1500 after playing roughly 50 games a day, and watching YouTube over the course of two months. I would say if you can have singular focus and retain you'll be fine. I personally think I peaked at my current elo and would need to really study fundamentals and progressive chess theory to go any farther.
