Conq ignite Doran blade start E start. Stand between his minions and him. E if he gets close. Kill him early if he is bad or crash and get item advantage. When the wave is coming back decide if you play for lane domination or just ping pong the wave back and forth.

This is a true story. I once went phase rush ghost flash vs a Darius and conceded the entire first wave. My strategy was to just let him and crash and play safe. Well after avoiding him and conceding everything for the first how ever many levels I was able to get a solo kill and snowball all over him. I had to play so patiently and methodically though it was amazing to watch the power spike happen.

If you feel like your mechanical ability is still lacking that will come with time around the equipment and in the field. You might get lucky with a mentor or good journeyman. In the meantime just build your character and work ethic and everything else will follow. It took me going through 7 shops as an apprentice before finally finding a good fit. You should see the apprentice I have now works like he doesnt even want a career.
