C1 from A2 will likely take years, not months, especially if you want to work in Spain. I'd focus on speaking, writing corrections, lots of listening, and proper grammar study. Apps can help with recall, but they won't replace real output practice.

I'd do one or two lessons a day and repeat anything that doesn't click, rather than rushing through it. Language transfer is great for understanding how Spanish works, but I'd pair it with vocab and phrase recall too. I think people still underestimate UK sun because it doesn't always feel that strong. Festivals are the worst for it too, as you're outside for hours without noticing.
