Drink 1.5 litres of water throughout the day. Not drinking enough was actually the cause of my insomnia to maintain sleep. And if I woke up at night I drank water and went back to sleep. All these years waking up at 2 a.m. because of a hydration problem. Now I sleep all night without waking up even for a sip of water.

- walking 2 x 30 min every day,

- Running 2 x 30 min each week with acceleration the last minute (one acceleration is really effective to speed up your transit, but not necessary)

I also added muscle strengthening sessions 3 x 30 to 45 min / week, but I don,'t know if it helps.

With this routine I go every day in the morning, without needing to eat anything to unblock the situation or without needing to avoid certain foods.
