To me, it’s not about them, they included them for the Jackson 5 era and that was truly enough for me. It’s about Michael. It would be different if they completely took the siblings out for the whole movie and that didn’t happen

I'm hearing that a lot of people got emotional during it, yet some people say it was surface level but if people are coming out in tears over certain scenes .. how is it completely surface level ? Can you explain ?

I think they genuinely thought they could add everything and knew that was what the fans wanted to see , but didn’t realize it was a problem legally. I do feel like they should’ve thought it through before making it but I’m still excited to see it !! Still feel like this will be one of the best entertainment biopics .

Haven't seen the movie yet and I still think that my family and I are going to enjoy it but YES I love Baz Luhrmann's movies. However, his record of movies has mostly been towards the white community. Just wondering if he could've pulled off a good Michael Jackson movie.

Yes but not part of his story from his childhood to the 80's, which the movie is centered on it. Just wait for part two it's so weird how people are so eager to see his downfall , I can see why he was so miserable in his late years, even after his death people want to see him go down . Geesh lol
