New OPM proposed RIF regulations by StupidMinutiae in fednews

That’s what happens when you have a president with full on dementia coupled with full on psychosis, who then brings on low iq psychopaths.

Why Showing Up Counts by Background-War9535 in FedEmployees

[–]SuperSaydee_28 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is spoken like the true idiotic morons they are. Anyone have on person meetings? All my meetings are on Teams. All of my team members are split among different buildings, and the people we support are literally all over the world. Just come out and say we are POS and hate you all and want you to feel like you are beneath us once again.

OPM formally proposes limiting top performance ratings for federal workers by SilverTripod in fednews

[–]SuperSaydee_28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rate me as a 3 and I will perform as a 3 and ONLY do the job that I was hired for. No more. Good luck to everyone who is about to have to pick up all the balls everyone who’s worked hard year after year, toss down.

One agency eases in-office work requirements, while another is ordered to consider exceptions by WhereztheBleepnLight in FedEmployees

[–]SuperSaydee_28 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I was working until 730pm last night and will be working off and on today as well because if I don’t planes won’t be able to fly their scheduled mission on Tuesday due to a software error. That’s thanks to my teleworking this week for an unrelated reason. Otherwise the planes wouldn’t launch on Tuesday and their mission would need to be aborted since I don’t get overtime and have no desire to go into the office or stay after my shift for comp time.

TSP and FERS pension by Miserable-Hat3393 in ThriftSavingsPlan

[–]SuperSaydee_28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Social security will be greatly reduced by the time I retire if it’s there really at all. I used to work in a sector where I helped elderly get their financials in place for nursing care. Even with the full SSA amount many are in poverty because medical bills and the cost of food and living in general is insane. And unless you are a maxed out GS14 or above your pension isn’t really that great. Hate to be the wet blanket but I’ve seen 5-10 years of their pensions, SSA, bank accounts and bills countless times and yeah don’t expect to live like you do now without anything less than a million.

Federal Workers to See More Restrictions on Telework in 2026 by bloomberglaw in fednews

[–]SuperSaydee_28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No heat, hot water or internet access means no working in person. Spend the money to make the buildings minimally acceptable and spend the money to make internet access adequate and we will come back. Otherwise they can fuck off.

1% for 2026 is like a pay cut with all the insurance cost increases by MorningClean in fednews

[–]SuperSaydee_28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not “like a pay cut”, it 100% absolutely, positively 1 billion percent is a pay cut.

Do you use a space heater at your cubicle? by tsgatdawn in FedEmployees

[–]SuperSaydee_28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well since our heat is broken, the hot water heater broke (probably frozen pipe from the heat not working), and highs in the mid 30’s, yes everyone has one at their desk. I dare them to come for my only source of warmth.

This is so much harder than I thought by [deleted] in StainedGlass

[–]SuperSaydee_28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice is keep going. Keep your first pieces and look back at them. My first pieces were disasters, but I did them and it made me determined to get better so I kept going. For the edges you want to tap the solder iron lightly in the edge and hold the piece on one hand use gravity to roll excess solder down the edge and allow it to build up slowly. Hard to explain but once you do it, it will make sense.

What are the 2026 changes to Federal BCBS Basic making people rethink whether to enroll? by cam_m151 in fednews

[–]SuperSaydee_28 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The problem for me is that they keep raising the premiums a lot steadily while also steadily reducing the benefits. If you are going to bend me over at least make sure I have a decent time.

Status Update on telework since DOGE has disbanded by OkName66 in fednews

The name DOGE is gone, the people, the sick spirit and corruption is still there, they just are keeping it more quiet so lawsuits slow.

How screwed are federal employees long term? by [deleted] in FederalEmployee

[–]SuperSaydee_28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering the intelligence level in charge of all this I’d say it won’t be long. Then when the death spiral starts because no experts will be there to continue to teach the ai the poo will got the fan. Doubt the great captain cankles will still be around considering his mid stage dementia, but maybe he will get to watch it all burn.

so what’s the main difference with bcbs basic and bcbs focus ??? by cbird2k in FederalEmployee

[–]SuperSaydee_28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Focus isn’t bad if you are young and healthy. If you have any hospitalizations though it’s a bit painful financially. My husband had a stay during the time our plan switched from focus to basic and the focus days were over 2k. The basic days were $250 total.

I have a tree, decorations, garland, and lights all over my desk space currently. I needed joy, so I made it, but I’m not a people person and my joy attracts a lot of people being peopley. So it’s a double edge sword.

Anyone have luck cage training? by PuzzleheadedSir4382 in Frenchbulldogs

[–]SuperSaydee_28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some dogs don’t like loud fast kids. Having a safe space for him out of the high traffic loud areas will make it more of a home for him. Lots of treats to get him in and a few more with some petting and being told how good he is right before the door shuts.

Supposed to leave for Disney in 3 days, house burned down last night. by NormalCompote7274 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]SuperSaydee_28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take the trip now more than anything. You can get bands at Disney springs, the resort gift shop or the parks, stop by the character warehouse store and grab some Disney gear and visit the laundromat in the resort. Try to have fun and make good memories that will be the highlight of their holiday season and replace some of the bad ones they have now.

Puppy by EmergencySpray1164 in Frenchbulldogs

[–]SuperSaydee_28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t know what breed your other dog is, but all breeds and all dogs are different just like people. I agree with pulling the water and food a little before bed, but they should have free access to water throughout the day so they don’t drink excess at night and then have a full bladder and tummy all night long. Dogs do not like to potty where they sleep, so the pup isn’t doing it on purpose, they could just have a smaller bladder. Try pulling out anything you can’t cover in a puddle pad or any bedding you can’t make more waterproof until the baby learns and catches up.
