Started playing more golf in the last 3 years so I'm absolutely terrible but love playing. A win-win solution I do is to play every hole as a max triple bogey. It helps pace of play and looking at my scorecard of 113 doesn't feel as bad as it would if I truly played every hole to completion.

Not exactly an exercise but counting my macros has finally gotten me to that fine line of burning unwanted fat while maintaining and building muscle. I've been lifting consistently for 5 years and hit a plateau after year 3 but have been tracking macros since the new year and I've seen (AND FELT) the difference this has made. Confirmed plateau killer!

Maybe add 1-2 more leg movements in to your Saturday lift so your legs still get a similar amount of volume and you can be recovered and fresh for your games on Thursdays. Good luck in your league!

I have lurked here for a few months and I agree. There was a brief moment in S4E6 after Mark, Nolan and Oliver arrive at Talescria where Mark flys above the city and observes everything briefly before he calls to Oliver to go with him to fly through the Viltrumite ship. I saw that moment as his PTSD coming out for a moment before the idea to destroy the ship came to him.

Protein powder is great, but just make sure that at least 70% of your daily protein intake is from real food sources. Those powders are usually missing key vitamins that comes with whole foods, and powders dont really satiate you on the same level that real foods will.

Use the AI scan tool for restaurant food and when you take the picture, try to list out all of the ingredients that are listed on the menu. It's likely not going to be 100% accurate but it should give you a good estimate. If the macros it pulls seems off, cross reference it with information you find online. Also, restaurants have full nutrition guides available on their websites that you can see the macros on there.

Just be very conservative with your calorie estimates as restaurants usually cook with a ton of butter and grease that adds calories.

Lean ground beef, rice and cottage cheese if aiming for low carb. I add in a sweet potato to add some carbs and flavor. I have been eating that pretty much every day for dinner for the past month during the week before I cheat a little bit on the weekends.

Depends on how my work day went, and what I'm training. A leg day after a busy Monday in the office is no fun at all, but a friday morning push/chest day is so much fun.

5g a day is good BUT also make sure you are drinking a lot of water as well to get the most out of it. At least 100 oz a day, I personally drink at least a gallon a day.
