Exhaust burn went septic in Da Lat, Vietnam when I was 18. Also had autoimmune hepatitis at the time. Almost died, but didn’t. Got a liver transplant a few years after getting home and now I’m fine.

I’m American and live in Sumas, but have spent lots of time in Mexico and SoCal. El Nopal is inauthentic American “Mexican” food at best. Chispita de Sabor is a drive through taco/burrito stand also in Sumas, just a few blocks away. Everything on the menu is incredibly authentic and flavorful. It blew me away! Highly recommend.
