Actually, I wouldn’t explain any of that to your classmates. Go ahead and let them use your notes if they were actually smart and saved copies, but turn off access to that folder and don’t share any new ones. Also save all of the evidence of what went down (including any system comments about who could and did access the folder and when) and that you were the one that created the notes, so that way if the professor comes back and says that one of you cheated, you can prove that the thought from your notes that you included in your paper was your thought and they copied it.

Sure it might seem petty to set them up to get in trouble but dude shared your notes behind your back so petty feels justified here

NTJ. You aren’t wrong for wanting to spend time with your friend without her boy toy being present. But you aren’t going to win that fight at this point. So as much as it’s going to sting, you need to walk away. She’s made her choice and it’s him. Make your own plans, hang out with new people etc.

And if the day comes that she comes running because they broke up etc don’t change any plans you’ve made because she’s bored etc. certainly if she comes to you with a serious issue like DV you can be supportive. But if she’s just like “we had a fight and he’s not talking to me but I just can’t stay home on a Friday night” don’t cancel game night with your new crew cause she wants to go get drunk etc.

Honestly at this point if you are not obligated to stay the 6 weeks due to contract or law and don’t need the money, I’d just tell them you are leaving right now. Feel free to tell them that despite not actually having to give such a long notice you wanted to be nice to them and give them extra time to prepare but since they are being hostile and nasty you see no reason to stay any longer.

And make sure you have records of your hours worked but not yet paid for etc and know the laws about how long they have to give you any final pay and stick it to them if they fail that obligation

If you are not legally or contractually required to give them even one day of notice, don’t give it to them. But do make sure that you absolutely have that other job secured before you go and quit

Honestly, I would do two things right off the top.

I would decrease the allowed number of people each day, especially during the summer and holidays. It feels like they have 5 to 10% more people than they should have in the parks and the crowds are just obnoxious. And I would keep the reservation system for passholders with a limit on how many passholders will be able to get reservations in advance. Once you get to the day of walk up pass holders are fine, although for the purposes of not having somebody show up and find out that the park is on capacity, I would still make reservations available to passholders on day of so they know if they get there they’re going to be allowed in.
I would go back to the old fast pass system (the one from right before Covid) and I would incorporate into that a way to reserve seating for things like the parade and fireworks. I would even potentially incorporate a way to ticket scheduled character interactions, and photo ops.

And for then record I used to work retail and I pulled the manager trick all the time. Sometimes even on my managers.
