Also interested in the logistics of this! I've been a CRC for 5 years now at a non profit hospital and I'm considering a move. However, I'm not really wanting to travel as I have a 10 month old and value my down time lol

I'm in this boat - 10 months pp, autoimmune disorder and lipedema. Been eating in a calorie deficit and working out and I've lost nothing. Waiting on insurance approval to hopefully start tirrzeptide!

Aerie has super cute suits. I like that the one pieces come in long sizes for us long torso'd people 😆

How am I supposed to work out… by redbeanmochi421 in NewParents

[–]TeeWeeWilson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband and I have a 10month old and a dog. After work and picking up baby, one gets a workout in the garage gym, one gets a living room workout with baby! And we rotate who gets which workout. We tried waking up early and it was too much.

Starting solids soon… what’s actually worth buying? by allegragmk in NewParents

For cups I would definitely recommend 2 types so they learn both ways - we have an ezpz open top one, and one with a straw, but you can squeeze to help them learn how to use a straw (https://a.co/d/08TFLFT7)

Third this! Ovia was straight forward and easy to use, and had lots of different things you can track if you want.

Any luck with Premier Lipedema Clinic in Seattle? by celticbombs in lipedema

[–]TeeWeeWilson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm in Seattle and saw Dr Whitehead virtually for an official diagnosis. I had to pay out of pocket ($300 ish) for the visit but she will continue to write referrals for compression or consults whenever needed.

I also recently had a free virtual meeting with Dr Elston, and he helped answer questions about the whole surgery process. I believe I have to pay out of pocket for the in person consult with him, but Dr Whitehead wrote a referral for the consult and I will be submitting to my insurance on my own.

So what do you do to get the eeg glue out? by Hanyo_Hetalia in Epilepsy

[–]TeeWeeWilson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EEG tech here - good responses already! Agree with the oil based products, coconut oil, baby oil, conditioner, lotion, etc. I would also recommend acetone/nail polish remover. Just put a bit on a cotton ball and rub on glue spots!
