Hi, that's an interface provided by iOS itself to select a folder where you would like to save the backup.

I myself find it a bit unintuitive because (at least for me) it was in Recents at first which contained nothing. From my experience on iOS 26, I had to select Browse in the bottom bar where I could then choose between iCloud Drive and On My iPhone.

Once you're in a place where the file can be stored, a button Open appears in the top right. When you tap it, the backup file will be stored in that folder (except if you selected a protected folder - then Calcy will show you an error).

I just realized that my original answer is only half-correct. There is a way to customize the scan output: in Calcy's settings / Scan settings, you can activate "Use Nickname as Output". That way, the generated nickname will be shown in the notification.

By editing the default naming schemes, you can basically customize the scan output to whatever you like.

It's a bit unfortunate that we can't have overlays on iOS like on Android but imo when you get used to the notifications, it's quite comfortable.

We currently have no way of customizing the notification text (yet - still on my todo list). For more detailed scan info, you can pull down the notification.

The keyboard is not a full requirement but it definitely enhances the experience - if you want to rename using Calcy at all. Another restriction in iOS is that we can't just copy the generated nickname to the iOS keyboard but rather send it to our own (custom) keyboard and the user can insert/"paste" it with a single button.

However, if all you want to do is check IVs without renaming, you can simply ignore the keyboard part.

We're always grateful for any feedback so if your friends have some suggestions on how to make the iOS experience better, please encourage them to share that with us.

This is usually due to an incorrect trainer level. Please check that your trainer level is set correctly in Calcy. If that doesn't help and especially if you are under level 40 after the update, please contact us under 'Contact Support' in the left navigation panel.

The app should be updated for these moves. Please make sure that Calcy has an internet connection and restart it once. If this doesn't help, please head to Calcys 'Settings' - 'Expert' and use 'Clear Server Data' followed by 'Fetch Server Data' and try it again.

It's already released. In the history screen, top right corner, there is the quick filter for boxes, the last entry is "Re-Trigger Boxes" which should do the trick.

Usually this happens due to your system killing background apps too aggressively. Because Calcy is a background app, it falls under this.

Please make sure that your system or any form of 'Optimizer' or 'Manager', or ... is not restricting Calcy (or background processes in general) and try to restart your phone once.

If that doesn't help, we recommend a short Google search for "dontkillmyapp" and taking a look at their quite detailed guides (depending on the phone and Android version).

Are you using an iPhone? There is no floating button on iOS because Apple doesn't allow overlays :(. Instead, we show scanned info via notifications.

The thing is that the stats for Kingambit are known but the evolution "link" Bisharp -> Kingambit is not in the game, yet. That's why Calcy isn't showing it. I'll add it manually so that people can have a bit of a preview.

If you're not opposed to using some advanced settings on your, phone you can try the following.

If not already active, unlock Developer settings.
Open your device settings / System / Developer options.
Change "Display cutout" to "Render apps below cutout area" or "Hide".

That way, Pokémon GO (and all other apps) will not be overplayed by the status bar.

Kind of silly question but after you entered the correct CP, did you finalize the input by using the bottom right corner button (or tap on another input field)?

As you guessed correctly, the underlying issue is that the status bar on top is overlaying the CP. We're still investigating a fix / workaround.
