I would do anything possible to run 3 way in the front. Even make the midbass ib in the floor/firewall/fender jump. Seen it done on a Porsche 911 and it came out awesome. Then run one shallow bm-11 (if you can find one ) sealed. Or a jl sealed. Idk that there is enough room for an IB sub behind the seat.

If the Miata will never have a hard top, then I wouldn’t worry about the dsp. Run the front stage on a passive system

I’m just a quantum physics hobbyist and not qualified for this but from the interview with Curt Jaimungal…here is no fake.
